Your key responsibilities

Join our Chef de Cuisine in our fine dining, Michelin recommended, 4 AA Rosette Number One restaurant kitchen working, alongside our talented chefs passionate about using fresh seasonal produce while developing and training their team.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests
Be part of a kitchen brigade to prepare and present food to the highest standards
Use creative methods of cooking
Be able to work under pressure during busy periods
No split shift to support your work-life balance
Work 5 days a week for dinner service only
