Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of its locations and team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
You will be working with our talented Chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing your own skills.

Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as Chef de Partie.
You will support the Demi Chef de Partie and the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of a station within our busy Brasserie Prince kitchen and facilitate the flawless delivery of our world-class menus.
Duties will range from food preparation and mise-en-place to ensure service is seamless and ensuring health and safety practices are adhered to. Flexibility and an eagerness to learn are key, as you will be expected to support the wider kitchen team as and when required. You will thrive as part of a team, communicating with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests
Work alongside the chefs to prepare and present food to the highest standards
Use creative methods of cooking
Be able to work under pressure during busy periods
No split shift to support your work-life balance
Work 5 days a week for dinner service only

£31,000 expected package (includes base salary plus qualified estimate of service charge)
