Your key responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of its locations and team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Support the Housekeeping department with all administrative tasks, compliance training, departmental induction, and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure that all hotel company standards are implemented and met
- Maintain accurate records of room statuses, maintenance requests, and staff attendance
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department
- Assist with ensuring the rota accurately reflects the business needs and budgeted payroll
- Manage the stock ordering and the departmental expense tracker in line with the budget
- Ensure all security, safety and health regulations are properly documented and adhered to.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, including front office, maintenance, and laundry to ensure effective internal communication
Who we are looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
We are looking for team members who bring:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role — ideally within a hospitality or housekeeping environment.
- High levels of accuracy and organisation, with excellent communication skills.
- High levels of personal and professional standards.
- Proficient IT user and knowledge of Fourth, Procure wizard or other hospitality systems is desirable
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.

£32,994.24 Expected package (£26,994.24 gross salary plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in discretionary service charge)
