Your key responsibilities
Fixed Term Maternity Contract
Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Lead an outstanding team by setting high standards, provide guidance and development opportunities in order to achieve consistently high levels of service
- Initiate, plan, direct and manage the formulation, development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy for The Balmoral
- Ensure the Hotel's luxurious offerings are marketed according to agreed budgeted guidelines and coverage and brand awareness are maximised
- Achieve the targets as laid out in the Marketing Plan, by maximising revenue, maintaining as well as building on the reputation of the hotel and by ensuring that business objectives are accomplished
- Create ideas for compelling, news-worthy stories that showcase the hotel, drawing on extensive knowledge of the marketplace to tailor content to any given sector
- Seek opportunities to learn and to develop others, driving performance of the department and the hotel
- Be knowledgeable of our markets, competitors and business model
- Ensure the department consistently delivers service standards
- Use financial and other management principles to deliver business results
- Take ownership and responsibility for team results and day-to-day operations
- Provide input into workforce planning and recruitment activities
