The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline, and since the day we opened in 190,2 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Help to ensure the seamless running of the overnight Front Office
• Be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift with the highest level of customer service 
• Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure
• Deliver a discreet service that exceeds the exceptional standards set by The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel
• Work alongside the Night Manager and other Night Team Members
• Have a previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel is preferable but not essential
• Ability to work nights and weekends

This role is from 10:00 pm to 08:00 am
